Our Simple Process

STEP 1

Start the Conversation

It starts with a short phone conversation with Cole. We’ll talk through your goals, answer questions, and make sure we’re a good fit before moving forward.

STEP 2

Walkthrough Your Space

If everything aligns, Cole will meet with you in person to walk through your space. During this visit, we’ll talk through your goals, take detailed measurements, and begin shaping a clear vision of the project.

STEP 3

In-Office Estimate Review

Next, you’ll meet with Cole at our office to go over your estimate in detail. We’ll walk through the scope, answer your questions, and start exploring selections and material options so you can get a feel for how your project will take shape.

STEP 4

Design & Selections

From there, you’ll work closely with our Design Manager, Lisa. She’ll guide you through visiting showrooms, exploring materials, and finalizing your selections. We’ll be by your side every step of the way to ensure your choices feel confident, informed, and aligned with your vision.

STEP 5

Construction & Completion

With plans and selections finalized, our team gets to work. We manage every detail and keep you updated with regular progress reports, addressing any changes along the way.

After a final walkthrough and quality check, your space is ready—built with care, craftsmanship, and your goals at the center.
